For the past several years the recognized union has been asking the management to change the designations of the non executive employees. The BTEU BSNL has also suggested new designations.
Meeting after meeting took place but there is no change in designations. Now after several years another committee has been formed. Will this committee at least do something now. We are afraid by the time the designations are changed nearly 50 % of staff would retire.
