Letter addressed to the BSNL CMD on issue of Out dated training to JTOs Phase I and Poor faculty

Many of the officials who have undergone JTO Phase I training, have complained that the training imparted in various training centers is out dated and does not serve the present day needs.

Further they have also complained about the poor faculty in some of the training centers.

A letter is addressed to the CMD BSNL for an in-depth study of the issue.
