CMD BSNL HAS ISSUED AN APPEAL TO ALL EXECUTIVES TO WORK WITH DEDICATION AS THEIR DEMAND FOR PROMOTIONS IN Divisional Engineer (DE) CADRE HAS BEEN MET AS THOUSANDS OF SDE s ARE PROMOTED TO DE CADRE.

AT THE SAME TIME THE TOP MANAGEMENT IN BSNL HAS NO TIME TO SPARE FOR THE CONCERNS OF THE NON-EXECUTIVES. SEVERAL ISSUES LIKE STAGNATION OF RMs, PAY FIXATION OF OFFICIALS APPOINTED / PROMOTED AFTER 1.1.2007, CHANGE OF DESIGNATIONS, REDUCTION OF RESIDENCY PERIOD IN SR.TOA SCALE FOR PROMOTION TO NE 12 ARE NOT ADDRESSED SO FAR. THIS SHOWS THAT THE MANAGEMENT IS BIASED.
