1. Grant Maharatna status to BSNL immediately
2. Grant an Interim Relief of Rs.10,000/- immediately
3. Promotion Policy to non executives should be on the lines of the promotion policy announced for Executives
4. Ensure that the constitutional rights of SC/ST employees are protected in the new promotion policy
5. No disinvestments in BSNL
6. No merger with ITI
7. Start wage negotiation with all unions immediately.
8. With draw contentious DOT Order no 1-45/2003-B dated 15.6.06 on pension
9. Settle all anomaly cases arising out of the first wage review
10. Revise the pay scale of Sr. TOA to that of Rs.7800-225-11175 immediately
11. Promote all Trained TTAs to the cadre of JTO by upgrading their existing posts
12. Promote all Trained RMs to the cadre of TM by upgrading their existing posts
13. Modify the Recruitment Rules of JTOs by relaxing eligibility to 5 years of service and also relax educational qualifications
14. Announce results of JAO screening test immediately. Conduct examination for JAO Part- I passed officials separately forthwith.
15. Hold all departmental examinations immediately
16. Promote all TMs to OTBP by counting past service rendered in Group D cadre.
17. Restructure all cadres in BSNL in tune with the modern technology
18. Train all Sr. TOAs to work in the field of Marketing/Sales/Revenue collection
19. Count the Past service of all casual and RTP workers for the purpose of Pension as agreed to in the September 2000 agreement.
20. One industry one service end dual service status of ITI officers.
21. Modify BSNL Medical Reiumbursement scheme
22. Provide Free GSM hand set with connection to all non-executives.
