Employees union agreed for IPO and VRS?

It is reliably learnt that 'Employees union' and its alliance agreed for IPO as well as VRS to be implemented lieu of recognized union since from 2nd verification and arrasing other unions by removing their notice boards and intentional transfer to other disctricts.
In fact, this union have agreed with NFTE and FNTO to retrench 50,000 workers through VRS in the council meeting held in 2004. It was only due to strong opposition from BTEU(BSNL) that the decision for VRS was dropped.
Employees union has always stated that they will not oppose the policy of the mangement decision which were taking and implemented at back door.
This anti-worker union is totally bluffing and betraying the worker.
This 'Employees Union' was already agreed the plocies and conditions of management kept in front and this 'Employees union' acting in front of workers that the management not listening their word and the policies are implementing without their approval and prior contact. This is totally 'BLUFF'.
We should give 'BIG AWARD' for their acting. What a great actors they are.
