Wage revision

Talks on wage revision for Non-Executives begins on 3rd March 2009 at 14:30 hrs.
We can hope this negotiation will come out a fruit full news to us.
But ' Employees Union ' is not in a mood to get Wage revision as soon as possible, because of thier existence. If the wage revision negotiation has solved then there won't be any issue to take on in 5 th verification. If the wage revision has got solved and the management is not in a position to listen and take into consideration of these leading unions proposal then this 'Employees union's old (retired) minded leader agrees to the what management wants to give, this will come out with agreement of IPO and VRS.
A hidden agreement will occure .......
