BTEU BSNL already said that Employees union playing real politics against the employees, every time they are totally bluffing and they never stood on their own promises..
1) They promissed that they will achieve a good wage revision if they win in 4th verification.
2) Earlier they said, if 4 promotions we achieved then our wages will automatically increases. Last 2 years they wasted their time for promotion policy. WHAT HAPPENED TO PROMOTION POLICY? IT IS A QUESTION MARK? WHETHER IT WILL GET OR NOT? NOW...
3) WHAT HAPPEND TO " INTERIM RELIEF "? totally dropped their weapons.
4) They really passing their time taking the issue of 10 years to 5 years wage revision.....
How far they do play this type cunning tactics against the employees ......
THEY NEVER WANTS TO BE HAPPEND WAGE REVISION FOR NON-EXECUTIVES...
IF WAGE REVISION SETTLED THEN THESE EMPLOYEES UNIONS ALLIANCE DRAMAS PLAYED.
