Joint committee for change of designations....

The management has now arranged a committe for change of designations of Non-executives on the basis of the National coucil decision. The committee yet to finalise its report as early 15th June'2009.
As we early heard about the change in the designations in the higher caders of Executive..Now the committee has decided to execute this change of designation in Non-executives.
This results in future there won't be any cader wise posts in Non-executves, only grade wise posts will be there as per the sources of news said.
