Employees union ready sign for IPO?

The BSNL management has to make agreement on wage revision with the recongnised union. Naturally the agreeement on disinvestment also shall be with recognised union. It may be on give and take basis i.e heavy wage hike for five years agreement with disinvestment.
It has decide that Employees union is ready to sign for IPO or it will oppose it.
