The Government has received Rs677.19bn from all nine telecom companies,
including MTNL and BSNL, as they made "full" payment to the RBI towards
3G spectrum fees.

Bharti Airtel which won 3G spectrum in 13 circles, paid Rs122.95bn to
DoT. Aircel said that the company had paid Rs64.99bn for 3G spectrum
