Hiring the services of Private operators

The Department of Posts is setting up ATM in all the Circles. For this
they have hired the services of Private operators like reliance, sify
etc.  The CHQ has protested over this move and has taken up with Shri
Kapil Sibal, Hon'ble MOC for intervening in the matter. For details
