The Circle Conference of BTEU BSNL AP Circle was held at Hyderabad on 9.11.2012. More than 150 delegates participated in the conference. Shri V.Srinivasan, CGM AP, Shri P.V.Muralidhar, PGM Hyderabad TD participated. Shri J.Saikumar, former All India President of the BTAOEU and presently working as CAO in Hyderabad TD sat through the entire days proceedings and also conducted the election.
The GS and Shri J.Balaram, Finance Secretary CHQ participated.
A seminar on the topic Customer Care and Quality of Service was also held.
