RM and Gr.D Officials Stagnation issue

The issue of stagnation of Regular Mazdoors and Group D officials consequent on implementation of 78.2 % IDA is yet to be resolved.  The CHQ is watching the development and would not hesitate to launch a severe Trade Union Action in case the same is not settled at the earliest as the recognized unions (BSNL EU & NFTE) have miserably failed over this issue.
