Staff Working in BSNL Customer Service Centers

The Heads of Circles Conference was held in Delhi in September 2013. The HOCC has taken a decision to ensure that all the Staff working in the Customer Service Centers are trained and also all the Telecom Mechanics working in the field are also imparted training. The Sr.General Manager (Training) BSNL Corporate office has issued guidelines on this subject to all the CGMs and Training Centers.
