BSNL TTA cadre is declared as a Circle Cadre

The BSNL Managing Committee has given  its approval for the  new TTA Recruitment Rules where in the TTA cadre is declared as a Circle Cadre instead of SSA cadre and that all the non executives of NE-6 to NE-9 grades will now be allowed to appear in the TTA exam.
