Transfers in TM and Sr.TOA cadres against Transfer policy

The GMTD Vijayawada, AP circle has ordered transfers in TM and Sr.TOA cadres which are against the transfer policy. The CHQ has taken up the case with the Sr.GM (Establishment) BSNL Corporate office.
