In order to remove the disparity in the TTA cadre, the BTEU BSNL had taken up with the CMD BSNL for grant of 5 increments so that there is no disparity in the pay of the TTAs who are promoted and appointed as TTAs after 1.1.2007.
However the BSNL Board is understood to have considered for grant of only one increment. This is not acceptable to the CHQ.The issue will be further pursued after getting a clear picture of the out come of the BSNL Board meeting held on 19.6.15.
