Good Evening Hon'ble Minister, Hon'ble M.P. , distinguished gathering,ladies and gentlemen.

First and Foremost, I humbly accept this award and dedicate it to my employees, who have now understood the value of service and that too service with a smile. Service with a Smile which they call it SWAS , a word which is coined by my people, my employees, my associations and unions and they term it as SWAS which in Hindi is   श्वास that has done the difference in BSNL. BSNL which was going down and because of this new energy which come through SWAS, BSNL has now started turning around and started earning operating profit.

Thanks EPC World Media Group for giving this award to me and my organization and thanks also for recognizing telecommunication as infrastructure sector. Telecommunications is also putting up highways through optical fiber also putting up super highways through optical fibers and it is said that development of telecommunication sector is also helping country's growth in GDP. Ladies and gentlemen thank you once again and thanks EPC World Media Group.
