ITEF (SG) addressed Letter to PM to Implement 3rd PRC

THE Secretary General (ITEF) Shri SVS Subramanyam,  has addressed a letter to the Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji , regarding implementation of the 3rd PRC to the Employees of BSNL, MTNL and ITI not withstanding the affordability clause.
