BSNL EU and NFTE is singing a new tune - Why this duplicity?

It is a well known fact that after bifurcation of the AP circle into Telangana & AP, unwilling staff were transferred from Telangana to CGM Office AP at Vijayawada. 

About 28 officials were transferred to Vijayawada. These officials were mercilessly transferred and relieved at the behest of the BSNL EU & NFTE BSNL. 

Now the BSNL EU is singing a new tune. they say unwilling workers should not be transferred. Why, because their District Secretary at Hyderabad will face transfer now. 

They objected when we wanted the CGM AP to adjust local officials. Now they say local officials should be adjusted in the new office. 

Why do they change colors with utmost contempt to the sentiments of employees who were transferred and relieved. Why this duplicity.
