It is a well known fact that after bifurcation of the AP circle into Telangana & AP, unwilling staff were transferred from Telangana to CGM Office of AP at Vijayawada.
About 28 unwilling officials were transferred & they joined at Vijayawada. These officials were mercilessly transferred and relieved at the behest of the BSNL EU & NFTE. Now the BSNL EU is singing a new tune, they say unwilling workers should not be transferred.
Why, because their main office bearers will now face transfer. Both the unions objected when we wanted the CGM AP to adjust officials working in the local SSAs.
The NFTE BSNL went ahead and also gave a letter to the CMD BSNL in February asking them to post junior officials from Circle office Hyderabad to Vijayawada Circle office.
In the first meeting on bifurcation held in Hyderabad in August 2016, they have asked the management to apply the bifurcation rules and that the staff of local SSAs should not be spared for circle office. Now they say local officials should be adjusted in the new office. Why do they change colours with utmost contempt to the sentiments of employees who were transferred and relieved. Why this duplicity.
