BSNL EU Composed new song on issue bifurcation of AP and TS circles


Being a recognized union in BSNL and having maximum number of members across the country misleading employees on issue of bifurcation of Andhrapradesh and Telangana Circles.

EU already forgot the problems of forcibly transferred employees from Hyderabad Circle of office Telangana Circle to Vijyawada Circle Office of Andhrapradesh.

At the time of first transferred orders issued in May, 2017 this Recognized Union and NFTE not analyzed the problems of staff and not even supported. Only BTEU stood in support with employees and fought with Corporate Office to issue SOFT TENURE ORDER and made maximum efforts on cancellation of forcible transfer ORDERs but BSNL EU and NFTE put barriers in-front of BTEU not to succeed in this issue.

The circle secretary escaped and hided somewhere else faraway from staff not to contact him to protect their District secretary.

EU have not given any assurance being a recognized union took the responsibility to bring back the employees to their parent State.

EU well prepared and planning warned Telangana circle office management not to take any request from employees transferred to Vijayawada.

Now, to escape from blame they have converted this issue into political and saying their part is nowhere in this issue of forcible transfers.

To protect their District secretary, EU composed new song and ready to sung in-front of Corporate office and FOOL the employees that Corporate office should take necessary arrangement to conduct New Recruitment for Non-executives to bring back transferred employees back to their parent State.

THEY ALREADY WELL KNOWN ABOUT ISSUE THAT THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE AND IMPOSSIBLE IN THIS CONDITION....

THEIR INTENTION IS NOT TO BRING BACK THE EMPLOYEES TRANSFERRED TO VIJAYAWADA FROM HYDERABAD....

Management is on the way to reduce the retiring age of employees from 60 years to 58 years and trying to introduce VRS / CRS.

IF EMPLOYEES UNION REALLY IN FAVOR OF EMPLOYEES NOT FOOLING AND HAVE GUTS - THEN THEY HAVE TO PRESSURIZE THE MANAGEMENT AND MAKE ARRANGEMENT TO ISSUE HARD-TENURE FOR TWO YEARS IMMEDIATELY AND BRING BACK THE EMPLOYEES BACK TO THEIR PARENT STATE.

First phase transferred staff are ready to complete their ONE YEAR TENURE PERIOD.....
