THE GS BTEU BSNL SHRI R.C.PANDEY SPOKE WITH SENIOR OFFICERS IN DOT ON 16.5.18 AND IT IS CONFIRMED THAT THE DOT IS PREPARING THE CABINET NOTE FOR DOING AWAY WITH THE CLAUSE OF AFFORDABILITY FOR BSNL AND ITS IMPLEMENTATION FOR BSNL EXECUTIVES AND NON EXECUTIVES.

AFTER THE CABINET NOTE IS APPROVED BY THE MOC, IT WILL GO TO THE CABINET FOR APPROVAL
