Subject: Implementation of 3 PRC in BSNL for non executives – Formation of wage negotiation committee for Non executive employees. reg.

Since the Department of Telecom has asked the BSNL management to initiate
negotiations for 3 PRC for BSNL Non executive employees and appriase them of the outcome, the management was requested to kindly invite the Bharatiya Telecom Employeesunion (BSNL) also for negotiations along with the recognised unions.

Respected sir, it is to state that after the formation of BSNL the management has

invited all the unions and evolved IDA pay structure for the BSNL employees in the year2001. Further this will be the last PRC for more than 80% of the non executives who wererecruited by the DOT. As such it is requested that the BTEU (BSNL) should also be invitedto negotiate with the management so that a broader consensus can be achieved and theaspirations of the non executive employees is fulfilled.

In view of the above, it is requested to kindly advise the CMD BSNL to include thethe BTEU BSNL Union also in the wage negotiating team to arrive at a consensus for implementation of the 3 PRC in BSNL for non executives.
