Shri Manish Kumar, Joint General Manager (Pers) addressed the below letter to The CGMs of AP Circle / Telangana Telecom Circle, giving clarification about Soft Tenure period for Non-executives transferred to Circle Office Vijayawada from Hyderabad Circle Office regarding.

Subject: Extending soft tenure facilities to JTO and below level grades (non-executives) opting / transferred to Circle Office, AP Circle at Vijayawada - regarding
Attention is invited to this office letter of even number dated 13th June, 2017 vide which soft tenure facility to JTO and below level grade (Non-Executives) transferred / being transferred from Telangana Telecom Circle and all SSAs of AP Circle (except Vijayawada SSA) to Circle office, AP Circle at VJ, was extended as one time measure.
The matter has further been examined in this office and it has been decided that soft tenure facilities for JTO and below level grades (Non-Executives) may continue till further orders (Executives are having all India Transfer Liability). The period of soft tenure will continue 3 (Three) years.
