Send proposals for promotions to the CHQ

For the last few days we are all witnessing a spate of promotion orders in respect of executives in BSNL from JTO to SDE, SDE TO DE, JAO TO AO etc etc. More than 13000 officers are promoted. There is clamour for more promotions. Why should the non executives suffer. Why should we not demand promotions from RM cadre to Sr TOA cadre and in Telecom Accountant wing etc. The CHQ will prepare a comprehensive paper and discuss with the management next week. All are requested to send proposals if any to the CHQ immediately through their circle Secretaries
