Meeting with management held on 22nd on demands raised earlier. outcome is:
1. Upgradation Sr TOA pay scale for those whose pay was downgraded due to NEPP- Matter under finalisation.
2. Stgagnations- Will be taken care in 3 PRC.
3. Modify NEPP- New promotion policy will come after 3 PRC. We presented MTNL. promotion policy. Management wanted a comprehensive paper from us.
4. Reduce residency period for NE 12 promotion. Will study MTNL scheme and decide.
5. Case of RTP Officials- Not agreed.
6. Review JE LICE results- Since done.
7. Review JAO 10% Results- will be reviewed.
8. Promote left out officials in JAO 40% quota.- Action initiated.
9. Relax service condition and eligibility for JTO LDCE to 3 years- Will be taken up.
10. Relax educational qualifications for promotion to JE ( TTA) - Is under consideration.
11. Regularise casual mazdoors and pay wages as per 7 CPC- Will take up with Board. Payment can be done after 3 PRC implementation.
12. Pay scale of Hindi Translators - will take up after 3 PRC.
13. Bifurcation issue of AP circle - Orders issued reducing tennre to 2 years.
14. CGA Appointments - Not agreed.
15. Amendment to Rule 37 A - Matter for DOT to decide.
16. Wage negotiation with BTEU - Not agreed.
17. Pay anomalies- Not possible. 18. Restore LTC & MRS without vouchers- Will be considered after financial crisis goes.
