His normal health was good . On the afternoon he spoke with V K Ashram organising Secretary Sri Atul Jog around 5.30 PM. Suddenly he developed suffocation in chest region. Local karyakarthas took him to Doctor , after examining Aghiji , he declared him dead due to massive Heart AttackSri Ompraksh Aghiji , was born in East Pakistan area but settled in today's Punjab.
Deep Condolences to Sri Omprakash Ji Aghi, He came in contact with RSS in 1945 and became Pracharak in 1947. In the beginning he worked in Sangha kshetra, later was sent to Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh (BMS) in 1960. He worked in BMS from 1960 to 2008 and served in different capacities. He was the All India Organising Secretary of BMS.
Later joined Vanavasi Kalyan Ashram (VKA). He was one of the architects of BMS organisational structure. In VKA, he has given lot of importance to Hitaraksha dimension and also added new colours for constructive agitations.
He had attended BMS Akhil Bharatiaya Chintan Baitak held at Bhopal on 22 & 23 June 2018. He delivered Samarop speech at that Chintan baitak which will be remembered for ever. Sri Aghi ji was very close to many of the office bearers and activists of the Telecom Federation and attended all most all the important working committees and conferences of the Telecom Federation. His addresses were very informative and also motivated many karyakartas to excel in their fields.
