Officials appointment Process started in DOT but appointed in BSNL

The corporate office has issued guidelines to the circles for dealing with the cases arising out of various court cases and representations with regards to officials whose appointments were made in BSNL even though their appointment process was initiated in DOT.

The CHQ was consistently taking up this case as there are a large number of Sr.TOAs, RMs, TTAs etc.
