The BSNL and its employees are on different footing, scale of 9200-13500/- is nowhere in existence from 1-1-97 to 31-12-2006 as such its creation duly approved by DOT, is must to avoid future complication specially in pension.
Why DOT is not according its approval on promotion scheme of non-executive when same has been done for executives.
