Himachal pradesh (164%),
Kerala (153%),
Haryana (128%) and
Orissa (124%)
who have achieved the targets but exceeded and gained more in market share.
Andhrapradesh (74%) better
J&K (37%) Poor
Rajastan (20%) very poor
West bengal (18%) very poor
Bihar (17%) very poor.
